Indoor: Salt & Acid Pairing

A vintner/winemaker led experience through 5+ truly limited production wines.  An intimate experience that will allow for exploration and learning as the winemaking style development is described.  All indoor tastings are enjoyed in the finest Mark/Thomas led-free crystal stemware, and paired with hand-crafted, exotically flavored potato chips to extenuate the acid driven wines.
